Terms and Conditions
RPM Neuromuscular Therapy, is soft tissue (muscles, tendons, fascia) manipulation designed to aid in the rehabilitation, pain relief/management, improved muscular performance, and increased joint ranges of motion. Although, for a majority of cases, the positive progress window is 4 to 6 weeks, RPM Neuromuscular Therapy makes no implicit or explicit guarantees for positive outcomes.
Medical massage therapy is classified as a complementary and alternative healthcare, NOT a substitute for medical treatment or medications. I WILL always consult my Primary Caregiver for any
condition I may have. I am aware that the massage therapist does not diagnose illness or disease, does not prescribe medications, and does not perform spinal manipulations.
The effectiveness of RPM Neuromuscular Therapy depends on collaboration between the therapist and myself. Due to the individualized focus of RPM Neuromuscular Therapy, all goals, treatment plans, potential positive outcomes, and any potential contraindications will be explained via a Personalized Treatment Consent form which I will receive after I have been duly evaluated. I have informed the massage therapist of all my known physical conditions, medical conditions and medications, and I will keep the massage therapist updated on any changes.
IMPORTANT: During a therapeutic session, I will immediately communicate with the therapist if I experience any new or different pain or discomfort other than that for which I sought treatment.

Cancelation and Rescheduling Policies
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your service. In order to provide the best service to all of our clients, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. To cancel or reschedule, please call or text our office directly at 984-766-0183. Please note that any reschedules obtained less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $30 rescheduling fee.
For any no-shows; prepaid sessions will be forfeited without refund, while unpaid sessions are subject to a $30 fee and prepayment for the next scheduled session will be required. We value your time and ours, which is why we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, as we need to start on time to ensure that all clients receive the full benefit of their scheduled session.
