I am the co-founder of RPM Neuromuscular Therapy and the developer of the RPM Method, an innovative approach to massage therapy that combines principles of embodied cognition with advanced neuromuscular treatment techniques.

After becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2018, I dedicated my work to helping clients overcome muscle and joint pain through a unique blend of research-informed manual therapy and movement-based rehabilitation. As of June 2026, I have transitioned away from providing hands-on treatment and now focus exclusively on therapist training, clinical education, and the continued development of the RPM Method.

My work centers on helping therapists better understand the relationship between movement, perception, and pain. Through the RPM Method, I integrate sound and rhythm with techniques such as traction, oscillation, passive range of motion, acupressure, and neuromuscular therapy to improve mobility, reduce tension, and enhance mind-body awareness.

I hold a PhD in Biblical Studies and Embodied Cognitive Philosophy from the University of Manchester (UK), where my research explored the relationship between the mind, body, and human experience. That research became the foundation for the RPM Method and continues to shape its ongoing development.

My long-term goal is to advance massage therapy research and help establish evidence-based manual therapy as a first-line intervention for muscle and joint dysfunction. Today, my primary focus is mentoring therapists, refining clinical protocols, and expanding the reach of the RPM Method so more practitioners can help clients achieve lasting results.

As an athlete, I understand how difficult it can be to face a sports injury and the long road back to the active lifestyle you love. I found myself in that exact situation after a calcaneal rupture in 2020. After reaching a dead end with traditional recovery options, I began searching for a therapy that could provide more sustained relief.

That search led me to medical massage, where I experienced noticeable pain relief after my very first visit. Through my own treatments, I developed a deeper curiosity about the body, healing, and recovery, along with a desire to help others experience the same kind of relief and renewed hope that I had found. That healing journey opened the door to a future I had never pictured for myself before.

After graduating and becoming a licensed massage therapist, I trained with Jim Moretz in the RPM Method of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. I enjoy working with clients to understand their pain, identify what their body needs, and support their healing process through focused, effective treatment.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping clients overcome setbacks and regain confidence in their bodies. I specialize in working with athletes and clients recovering from injury or surgery, helping them reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to the activities that matter most to them. I am also trained in therapeutic cupping and frequently incorporate it into treatment plans to support recovery and performance. In addition, I enjoy helping clients with challenges that often benefit from a more individualized approach, such as migraines, chronic muscle tension, and stress-related discomfort, as well as providing prenatal and postpartum care for mothers during pregnancy and recovery.

As a massage therapist, my goal is for every client to leave my table feeling better, more hopeful, and more confident in their recovery than when they arrived. Whether you're recovering from an injury, preparing for surgery, navigating pregnancy, or striving to perform at your best, I am committed to helping you move forward on your healing journey.

I’m a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, licensed massage therapist, and personal trainer with a passion for fitness, health, and healing. My approach is rooted in martial arts, mindfulness, mobility, and a commitment to living with kindness, honesty, compassion, and love.

From an early age, I was driven to motivate others through physical activity, whether encouraging family members to exercise or organizing sports and activities for my brothers. My time in the Marines strengthened that passion and inspired me to continually pursue the highest level of physical capability and personal growth.

In 2018, after being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, my perspective on wellness evolved. What began as a focus on fitness expanded into a deeper understanding of whole-body health. That experience reinforced my belief that every part of the body deserves intentional care, attention, and support. Today, I am dedicated to helping others move better, feel better, and achieve lasting wellness through a balanced approach to health and healing.

I am a college student at UNCW majoring in Criminology and minoring in Forensic Science. I was constantly moving and exercising back in high school being involved with the color guard. After no longer having that to keep me active, I decided to delve into the world of yoga! At UNCW's Yoga Club I discovered a passion for this form of movement. I saw how yoga helped me, and so many others around me, with issues ranging from physical limitations to mental and emotional stress. It was through this instruction I learned the importance of finding your flow. My goal is to keep mobility fluid and movements comfortable and yielding.

I love being in an environment where I get to work with others who are looking to better themselves as I am. It is so important to keep moving and to find some form of exercise to keep your joints and muscles healthy. I am passionate about helping people and by sharing my love for yoga and stretching, I can do just that!

Some of my favorites:

Movies: Twilight, Challengers, The Notebook
